Competition Schedule
Day 1: Qualified Round (26/12/2025)
- Registration and entry of teams at Registration booth, function ground, next to V.M. Gani Sports Complex, Azam Campus, Pune at 8:00 am.
- Once registered, your team becomes a part of the PAI Robo Champ 2025 Season 3 community. You’ll begin receiving communications from PAI ICT Academy.
- Collect team passes from the registration booth.
- Inspect your robot at the Inspection booth in the competition area.
- Time for first round: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (First Half).
- 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm: Lunch Break/Namaz.
- Qualified teams will go to the semifinal round on the next day.
Day 1: Semifinal / Final Round
- First round winners will compete in the semifinal round.
- Winners of semifinal teams will compete in the final round.
- Time for Final Round: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Second Half).
Day 2: Grand Prize Distribution Ceremony (27/12/2025)
Venue: Sharp at 10:00 am at Assembly Hall, Azam Campus, Camp, Pune - 411001.
