PAI Robo Champ 2025 Competition
Rules for Competition
Team Size
- One mentor and 3 team members can register for the PAI Robo Champ challenge.
- Note: Little Champ category students must be studying from std. 2nd to 5th, and for Cubs category, students must be studying from std. 6th to 8th only can participate in the competition. While registering students, uploading Aadhar card is compulsory.
Registration Fees
- No registration fees for all schools.
Rules of the Contest
- Participating schools must abide by the code of conduct set by the governing body of PAI Robo Champ 2025-26. Failing to abide by the rules may result in student disqualification from the contest at any time without prior notice.
- The governing body may substitute prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the contest at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
- The governing body does not take any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the contest.
- All entries become the sole property of the governing body and shall not be returned to either the participating schools or its participating students under any circumstances.
- The governing body shall not be responsible for the outcome of any occurrences outside its control like power failure, rain, etc., during the contests.
- Data such as contact numbers, emails, etc., are the sole property of the PAI Robo Champ committee, its members, affiliates, sponsors, or any third party associate, which the latter can use for marketing and promotional purposes.
Eligibility
- Schools participating in the contest should be affiliated, registered, or recognized by the State or Central education boards as also International boards.
- Schools desirous of participating in the contest should, prior to participating, be registered with us through our website only.
- The top 3 scorers’ teams shall be eligible to participate in the final round of the competition.
- The results of the final round shall be declared in GRAND AWARD CEREMONY at MCE Society, Pavilion ground, Azam Campus, Pune. Teams along with their respective Management members, Parents are expected to be present.
- The criterion for selecting a winner is the time taken to finish the competition. The team with the highest score in the minimum time shall stand selected.
Technical Requirements
- To attempt the competition, you should build a field for practice at your school as mentioned in our challenge field with sizes.
- You can use plastic, metal sheets, card sheets, arduino, android technology, Python, mBlock programming, C programming, waste parts from scrap, etc., to build a robot as per the sizes mentioned for the competition.
Terms and Conditions
- By participating in the competition (PAI Robo Champ), all the participating schools consent to be bound by the decisions of the governing body.
- Where it comes to the notice of the governing body that participating teams have violated rule(s) thus gaining unfair advantage in the contest or have won using fraudulent means, such participants shall forthwith be disqualified.
- Un-sportsman-like, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior during the proceedings of the competition is thoroughly unacceptable and may lead to team/school disqualification with immediate effect.
- Where the outcome of the competition is the result of human error, intentional or otherwise, or the result of a faulty mechanical device or the result of a failure of any kind beyond the control of the governing body, the latter reserves the right to terminate this contest or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as deemed appropriate.
- We are not going to provide the food facility. Need to buy individually from food stalls.
- You all have to carry the required electronic material along with you which is required during the competition.
